HOW CAN YOU BE SO MUCH CHEAPER?
We are not bound by commitments to the venues or investors and keep our overhead low. Our only boss is you!
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS?
Yes, multiple day events are charged at one full-day rate on rentals for the first day of the event, and half-day rates for subsequent dates.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimums are $1000 total for the first day of the event, and $300 per day thereafter.
ARE THERE HIDDEN CHARGES?
No. However, clients will be responsible for charges stemming from the venue including parking, internet used for sessions, on-site storage, liaison fees and access to power.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Retainer equal to 30% of order total is required to secure the contract. Final payment is due 3 business days before event. Failure to meet the final payment dead line will result in cancellation of order with no refund issued.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Contracts must be completed, with full payment of the retainer received, no less than 7 business days before start of event.
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
There is no travel fee for events taking place in Orange County, CA. Events outside of Orange County will be assessed by a case by case basis.
CAN I ADD SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT LAST MINUTE?
On-site additions and emergency services are extremely limited. Backup inventory requested on-site by client will be charged at quarter-day rates and must be requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance, and backup labor will be charged at the full labor rate.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Orders may be changed up to 7 business days prior to an event and order total must not fall under minimum order for event date. Cancellations assess a fee of $150. Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to event are not eligible to refund of retainer.

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Yes, emergency numbers will be sent to you on your final work-order.
HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SETUP?
Setup durations will be outlined in your work order.
WHAT ARE YOUR SETUP TIME POLICIES?
Setup labor taking place between the hours of midnight and 6:00 AM will automatically incur an overtime rate of one and one-half times the normal labor rate.
CAN WE REHEARSE WITH THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes, setup will be completed one hour prior to event and available to the client's party for inspection and self-service testing. Fees may apply if testing and rehearsing is requested before this period and under the discretion of the setup technician. Kick-off technicians are available at additional cost if client desires assistance with the equipment. Testing and rehearsing with the equipment will be charged at a quarter-day rate if taking place one day prior to the first event date.
